2. Automatic data collection via website access

Each time your terminal device accesses our website, our system records

1) browser type/version used
2) operating system
3) internet provider
4) IP address
5) date and time of access
6) websites from which your terminal device accesses our website or which are accessed by your terminal device via our website.

The data is stored in the log files of our system; this data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1f DSGVO. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to you.

For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The log files are stored to ensure the functionality of the website; in addition, we use the data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. These purposes are also our legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1f DSGVO. The data is deleted after the purpose has been achieved, i.e. after the end of the respective session.

In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on your part.

3. E-mail contact for investors, press and interested parties

On our website you will find an e-mail address each for Investors, Press/Media and General. If you send us an e-mail, the data transmitted to us with the e-mail will be stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The personal data is processed solely for the purpose of dealing with your request. This is also our legitimate interest. The data will be deleted as soon as your request has been conclusively clarified. You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending an e-mail to the person responsible. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

4. Job applications

We offer you the possibility to apply for open positions via email. If you send us an e-mail, the data transmitted to us with the e-mail will be stored. We use the personal data you provide solely to process your application. Your personal data will only be forwarded or otherwise transferred to persons involved in our recruiting activities as part of the application process. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is § 26 BDSG, the preparation and establishment of an employment relationship.

The data will be deleted after the purpose has been achieved and the legal retention periods have expired. You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending an e-mail to the person responsible. In such a case, your application cannot be processed any further.

If you expressly consent to your data being stored for a longer period, e.g. for inclusion in our internal applicant pool, the data will be processed further with your consent. However, you can of course revoke your consent at any time with future effect.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website and advertising measures. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States).

Web analytics is the collection, compilation and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Google processes website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.

Google Analytics uses cookies (see notes on „Cookies“). These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. It cannot be ruled out that a data transfer also takes place to a Google server in the USA.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the collected information to evaluate website usage and website activity and to provide services related to internet usage.The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

As a rule, the collected data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required. Deletion takes place after 26 months at the latest.

You have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

We use the map service Google Maps via an interface. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered as part of the route planner function, may be transmitted to Google. It can not be ruled out that data transmission also takes place to the servers of the US-American Google LLC. 

If you do not want Google to collect, process or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display. 7. External Links and Social Media

We use various links to third-party websites as part of our website to support our content. Please note that when you click on the link, you are accessing another website with different privacy policies. We have no influence on the data processing there.

Our internet presence links to the social media LinkedIn and Twitter. When visiting our internet presence, no data is transmitted to the providers, as no plugins (third-party code of the providers) are integrated.

However, when you click on the respective link (visually corresponding to the social media buttons), you are taken directly to the respective network. This in turn collects and processes data according to its own usage guidelines, which you can view under the respective websites:
